Principal Announcement: Welcome Michael Fong

We are pleased to welcome Michael Fong as the new principal of Paradise Valley Engineering Academy. 

Michael Fong is honored and excited to join the Paradise Valley Engineering Academy and the Morgan Hill Unified School District community as our new principal.  Mr. Fong brings more than 31 years of experience in education and a lifelong commitment to student success. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, including teacher, Title I Project Specialist, assistant principal, and elementary school principal.

Mr. Fong has established a strong record of improving student achievement by fostering high expectations, supporting academic growth, and creating positive learning environments where all students can thrive. A passionate advocate for educators, he has dedicated much of his career to coaching, mentoring, and developing teachers, empowering them to become skilled, effective professionals.

His leadership is grounded in the belief that every student can succeed when provided with high-quality instruction, meaningful support, and equitable opportunities. Through collaboration with the community, relationship-building, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, Mr. Fong is looking forward to ensuring that the students of Paradise Valley are prepared for success both academically and personally.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Fong enjoys spending time with his family, who continue to be his greatest source of inspiration and support.
